Interested in being part of the Outdoor Festival?
The 2026 Vendor Application is now open!
We are seeking a diverse array of local outdoor businesses, brand/products, outfitters/guide services, clubs, conservation and non-profit organizations to help make this event amazing! Anything that contributes to Chattanooga’s vibrant outdoor community, wild spaces and recreational opportunities is welcome! We are also looking for a few food and beverage vendors. If you’re looking to connect with a large audience of outdoor enthusiasts and potential customers, fill out the application below. We have limited booth space and last year we sold out! Vendor applications are considered on a first come first serve basis and priority is given to those that fit the theme of this festival. Be sure to apply and register early to save and guarantee your spot*. Before applying, please review all the event details and vendor fee schedule below.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Festival Location: Chattanooga Choo Choo Gardens, 1400 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402
Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
Festival Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Set-up Time: Friday, April 10 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm or Saturday, April 11 from 8:00-10:30 am.
Tent Space Size: Single space = 10ft x 10ft, Double space = 10ft x 20ft, Triple space = 10ft x 30ft or 15ft x 15ft. (Vendors must provide their own booth set up including tent/table/chairs/demos and activity/workshop materials.)
ALL tents are required to have a minimum of 20lbs weight attached to each leg. This is an outdoor venue and the event will occur rain or shine.
Electricity: Available for an additional $50 fee.

For Profit Business/Retailer/Outfitter Vendor Fee (10x10 ft space - does not include electricity)
$200 Early Bird (Nov - Dec 2025)
$250 Regular (Jan - Feb 2026)
$300 Late (March 1-15, 2026)
Non Profit/Conservation Vendor Fee (10x10 ft space - does not include electricity)
$50 Early Bird (Nov - Dec 2025)
$75 Regular (Jan - Feb 2026)
$100 Late (March 1-15, 2026)
RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION
Vendors must load in and set up during schedule times. Late set up or early tear down is not permitted. All vendors must be set by 10:30 am on April 11, 2025. The festival officially kicks off at 11:00 am. Since this is a public venue, there will be people walking through the venue before the festival starts.
All vendors must provide an engaging activity, game, educational workshop or demonstration during the festival. This will ensure the festival is interactive and engaging for attendees. Think creatively and in line with what your business or non-profit already does.
Please note, that the event venue has low clearance and limited space. We recommend registering early to get prime location, closest to the vehicle drop off access point. *Vendors will not be able to drive into the venue.
We will not be taking a percentage of any of your booth sales and will be encouraging attendees to donate to our conservation and non-profit partners.

No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event.
Electricity is an additional $50 to the vendor fee regardless of booth size/type.
