VENDOR APPLICATION

We are seeking a diverse array of local outdoor businesses, conservation and non-profit organizations to help make this event amazing! From retailers to outfitters, service providers to manufacturers and non-profit to conservation organizations. Anything that contributes to Chattanooga’s vibrant outdoor community, wild spaces and recreational opportunities is welcome! We are also looking for a few food vendors. If you’re looking to connect with a large audience of outdoor curious folks and potential customers, fill out the application below. We have limited booth space and last year we sold out! Early Bird registration runs November - December 2025. January 1, 2026 starts regular registration and March 1-15 is last minute/late registration. Vendors are considered on a first come first serve basis. Be sure to apply and register early to save and guarantee your spot. All fees are broken down in the application link below.
